What does BulkListPro actually do?

We take your raw product data, raw images, and target platform, and turn them into a clean, optimized, ready-to-sell catalog on Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon. You hand off the messy stuff — we hand back live listings plus a CSV backup, SEO keyword report, and a Google Merchant Center feed.

Which platforms do you support?

Today we support Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon. We bulk-upload through Matrixify and LitCommerce so the import is consistent and fully reversible from a CSV backup.

Is this a subscription?

No. Every plan on this site is a one-time purchase. You pay once, deliver your brief, and we deliver the finished catalog. If you have a recurring catalog refresh you can re-order any plan whenever you need.

What do I need to send you to get started?

After payment, you upload three things on the order page: your raw product data (CSV / spreadsheet), your raw product images, and a short brief telling us your target platform, store URL, and any branding rules. That is it.

How long does each plan take?

Turnaround depends on plan size — Starter takes about 2 business days, Enterprise about 10. Each plan card on the pricing page shows the exact turnaround.

How do you optimize the listings?

Titles, bullet points, and descriptions are written using Helium 10 keyword research and Jasper for tone control. Images are processed through Photoroom and Remove.bg for clean, marketplace-grade backgrounds. Variants and categories are structured to match each platform’s schema.

Can I review work before it goes live?

Yes. On Professional and above we deliver a staging-ready CSV first, you review, and we push live only after your sign-off. Smaller plans go live directly but ship with a full backup CSV.

Can I talk to your team while my order is in progress?

Every order has a built-in chat thread on the order page. You will see live messages from our team and any new uploads we need from you, without refreshing the page.

What happens if my catalog is bigger than the plan limit?

No problem — start with the closest plan and we will quote the overflow on a per-SKU basis inside the order chat. You only pay the additional SKUs, never a re-purchase.

Do you offer refunds?

Is my product data safe?

Your data is private. We do not share, resell, or train on your product information. Files are stored on encrypted disks and removed from working storage 30 days after delivery (catalog backups stay available in your account).

Do you store my card information?

No. Payments are processed by Authorize.Net under PCI DSS. Card numbers are tokenized at the moment of checkout and never touch our servers.
